What are the documents required ?
Proof of Identity( All of below)
- a) Attested copy of applicant passport
- b) Attested copy of VISA (If applicant is out of native country)
- c) Attested copy of Resident Permit Certificate (if applicant is in India)
Note: Attested copy of PAN is mandatory if applicant has a PAN.
Proof of Address (Any one of below)
- a) Attested copy of applicant passport (containing address as part of it)
- b) Attested copy of any other Government/Bank issued address proof
